[dmd-internals] [OT?] Git project seeks discussion on "push" change

Since D is making heavy use of Git now, maybe you want join the
discussion (you can always configure Git to behave whatever you want
though, so the change is nothing you can't get around).

"There is a proposal to change the default behaviour of 'git push' on
the Git mailing list, primarily to help new people who are used to
central shared repository workflow.  As this may negatively affect long
time users of the tool, we are trying to reach as many such users as
possible with the attached note to request their participation in the
discussion."
