[ENet-discuss] ENet++ an object oriented wrapper for ENet

I have worked on the layout and I fixed most of the issue. It seems
that the google toolbar was responsible of most of the trouble thus I
simply drop it for now.
I tested on IE, Opera, Firefox successfully you should now be able to
look at the content of the website and especially the enet++ page
