Hi Guys,

I had two questions this month which I need guidance on. Last time I
asked about converting endianness and someone gave me libPosh as a
solution when different platforms (linux/win/mac) are connecting to
the server. Now I want to know what should I convert to and from when
transfering data to the server?

This page below has many different byte ordering functions. Which one
would be optimum for transfering data over a network?

Also do I need to do any compression techniques to reduce the amount
of data or is that not relevant?
