[Greylist-users] Using greylist with sendmail 8.10?

I'm wondering if it is possible to run greylist with sendmail 8.10.
This would be useful to me as I currently have a vendor supported (and
regularly patched) mail server that my vendor has left on 8.10 for
whatever reasons they have. I _could_ manually upgrade to 8.12.X but 
that will break the vendor patch scripts.
