[Greylist-users] mysql.sql doesn't support 3.23.2

Hello,

The file mysql.sql mentions that it works with 3.23.2, but trying it
with 3.23.56 doesn't work, because on line 9 it tries to grant the
lock tables right.  Checking the MySQL docs, it appears that this
feature is only supported in 4.0.

Are table locks used in relaydelay.pl?
