[Greylist-users] New code to check sendmail's access db

I just checked some changes into cvs for the perl milter to check for
bypassing greylist blocking based on entries in the sendmail access db.

For those of you willing to test it, please grab a copy and let me know of
any issues.  Don't forget to update your config file.
