To install Sendmail::Milter on a system based on RPMS, all you have to do is
to install sendmail-devel.x.y.z-i386.rpm. Then use /usr as the path to the
"source" (it wants the mysql header files) and /usr/lib as the path to the
"build" directory (it wants the libmilter.a file).
