I'm doing it with postgrey, and it is working great...  if I remember 
right, the hook into postfix is at:

smtpd_recipient_restrictions =
     reject_unknown_sender_domain
     permit_mynetworks
     reject_unauth_destination
     check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:10023

and postgrey monitors port 10023...
