[Greylist-users] relaydelay rejecting mail, but not in table??

I have this in my maillog:
Jan 29 05:37:59 bevo sendmail[24995]: k0TBbw7h024995: from=<sumiggit at msn.com>, size=0, class=0, nrcpts=0, proto=ESMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=bay114-dav11.bay114.hotmail.com [65.54.169.83]
...

Yet :
mysql> select * from relayreport where relay_ip = '65.54.169.83';
Empty set (0.04 sec)
mysql> select * from relaytofrom where relay_ip = '65.54.169.83';
Empty set (0.02 sec)
I don't get it....uhhh.... is this a white or black list jentry?
