[Greylist-users] Local out going mail is delayed

I can't seem to get our outgoing mail to be passed without delay.  I used 
this line.

./addlist.pl -whitelist 9999-12-31 23:59:59 < mywhitelist.txt

mywhitelist.txt had some servers I wanted to pass and I included our 
internal subnet '172.23.93' leaving off the last octet.

What am I doing wrong?
