Enter your settings from Document Settings in the File menu instead
of Settings in the MudWalker menu. Then, choose Save from the File
menu and save it wherever you like.

No, you use the Keyboard Macros pane, not Aliases.
Select the Key Code field and press these keys:
1. '
2. Q (with Control held down)
3. F2
