[phobos] druntime commit, revision 360

Won't arrays in 64-bit be not ulongs?
I thought a struct which mimics the actual structure of arrays would be the most
portable.
i.e.:
struct Array
{
size_t length;
void *ptr;
}
To do it your way, I have to insert static asserts so 64-bit runtime does not
compile as Don suggested. I don't know how else to fix it.
