It was bug http://d.puremagic.com/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=4597 that I'd 
filed.

It is indeed the case you fixed.  If you want to promote that bug to a 
general 'fix std.algorithm to work with const', that'd be find by me.  If 
you'd like to mark it as fixed, that's fine too.
