...in welcoming Steve Schveighoffer to the roster of Phobos developers. 
Normally I would have called for a vote, but I anticipated the result in 
wake of Steve's exemplary work on arrays. I'm sure that's only the 
beginning!

"phobos" on http://lists.puremagic.com. If you're seeing this twice, you 
already subscribed. If not, please subscribe - I'll retire the 
feature-constrained phobos at erdani.com soon.
