[phobos] [dmd-internals] Any expert in rpm?

I remember a post with instructions about this on digitalmars.D (or  
maybe d.announce). It might be helpful to find that post?

Ideally, we should get the D package incorporated into distributions.  
A debian package would get D into all downstream distributions,  
including ubuntu.
