[phobos] Why OS 'posix' for Linux but 'osx' for OSX and 'freebsd' for FreeBSD in Makefile?

Good point! I'll look into fixing that. The makefile should stay 
"posix.mak" but each OS generating different binaries should get a 
different directory, named after the OS. Right?
