[phobos] OS X lib32?

Fairly ornthogonal, except for potentially being in the same scripts, and 
possibly not even in the same scripts.  Not that I'm against the idea.  
I'm actually in favor of it.. downloading extra stuff I'll never use is 
pure waste.
