[phobos] stdout stuff left in unittests

Hello,

There's some "pre-map" and "post-map" writefln's in Phobos' unittests. 
They blame to MetaLang but it seems that's just the result of moving 
some code.

Could somebody (ideally the author) remove these calls? Successful 
unittests should produce no output.
