DSSS/Rebuild for DMD 2.012

For you bleeding edgers,
Gregor has updated the DSSS/Rebuild in SVN to use the latest DMD 2.012 
frontend, but he says he doesn't have time right now to make a release 
out of it.

But building it for yourself on Linux should be pretty easy I think.

For Windows/DMD folks I made a dmd-win.zip you can try out here,

till Gregor gets around to making an official release.

It's not that hard to build-your-own.  I put some instructions for 
building the Windows version here:
