Thanks! Unfortunately, I disagree about the cuts. The primary 
motivation is to trim the length of the video down. I think 
that's important for YouTube videos. The cuts I make can 
cumulatively lop several minutes off the video. I wasn't as 
aggressive with this one as I have been with the DConf Online 
vids. Most of what I cut out was dead air, but I also got rid of 
a few uhs and ahhs, a handful of tied tongues, and a couple of 
instances where one of us had to start over again.

As for two versions, I'm not really interested in adding the 
extra time for that to my workflow :-)
