Try link with LDC  1.34.0 release and lld linker, get this error:


lld: error: unknown argument 
'-func-specialization-size-threshold=1000000000'


I can see there is 
`-Wl,-lto_library,/opt/local/ldc16/lib/libLTO-ldc.dylib 
-Wl,-mllvm,-func-specialization-size-threshold=1000000000 ` 
passed into clang.
