Nothing has changed that I know of.
If you build with DSSS you get DD-*.lib.
If you build using the build-*.bat batch files in tango\lib you get 
tango-*-dmd.lib.

If anything has changed, it could be the libs they ship precompiled in 
the .zip packages.  But I dunno about that.
