problem with upx

After the compression of ControlExample with upx:
	- icons are not displayed on tabs: Button, CoolBar, Table, ToolBar, Tree
	- but icons are displayed on tabs: ExpandBar, Label, Menu.

It was working before the fix of these bugs:
