Visual D - Abnormal program termination

The issue happens even with the beta.

Using procmon it seems there is a buffer overflow and invalid 
device request(FileSystemControl) on some of the files in the 
project.

One thing that is different, that I forgot about is that the 
projects on a ReFS. Maybe this is the reason why since those 
errors above are related to the FS? I've had similar issues with 
other apps not working well with ReFS.
