Coedit - now supports DCD

Hi, Coedit supports the well known DCD utility from HackerPilot 
(check the screen captures at the bottom of the github homepage).
Coedit is a multiplatform IDE for D. Consult

If you don't know Coedit yet, let's say that it's a bit more than 
Geany but still a bit less than VisualD or MonoD.
