Update on "Build D for Android" wiki?

Basically, I've made a new documentation for building D for 
android without ant(which by now is really deprecated)

So, in the repo i'm mentioning here, I included simple example of 
how to build it, how to use JNI with D and an example of how to 
setup BindBC-SDL for android.
If I missed any technical information, feel free to add it
