mixin creating an enum

struct Foo(char[] enumMembers)
{
     mixin("enum Bar {" ~ enumMembers ~ "}");
     char[][Bar] attributes;
}

...?

If enumMembers isn't in the exact correct form, you'll probably need a 
string function to get it there.
