DLS server can't install on my pc

I have a few questions to clarify some things:
- What is the exact edition of Windows you are using ?
- What is your processor's architecture ? (DLS only supports 
x86_64 processors)
- What do you get from manually running `dub fetch dls; dub run 
dls:bootstrap` in a command prompt ?
