What's that to do with anything?  I can't see how this nullifies a

Generally, people who post advice on how to post to newsgroups don't 
claim any special authority to do so.  They simply pass on guidance that 
has grown out of both experience and common sense, and which is accepted 
by most of the more knowledgeable and experienced newsgroup users.
