We had a rather rough discussion about this in #d.tango on Freenode
yesterday. In fact, the first public (alpha) release is not far away,
but there still has to be some work done. I understand the voices that
call for a release, but there's a reason for this. D has experienced
downsides because of not being "complete", not having a "decent" library
for this and that, having a poor documentation and what not else. Of
course, D was in development, but some just ignored that. This is one of
the reasons why Tango is not released yet: the first impression /still/
is very important, especially for a project like Tango.

If you want further information, or just talk/discuss about Tango, feel
free to join #d.tango on Freenode. I'll be waiting for you. ;)

Best regards,
Alex
