DMD for win32 may have a bug in option -I

Huh, looks like something I've fallen for a couple of times on my Win x64 
machine, where 32-bit binaries are actually installed to C:\Program Files 
(x86)\... but the short filename still being C:\Progra~1... Also, the schizo 
x64 registry bit me quite often :S
