Right now, what's the most important for the success and adoption of D?

Mine, on the other hand (:P) is (and the title was nailed down
*yesterday* mind you) "The Application of Microsimulation to Epidemic
Modelling".  Basically, I'm writing a program that simulates the spread
of an infection by modelling the individual carriers, how they move
around, interact with other individuals, etc.

It's a bit like a zero-player version of The Sims crossed with Theme
Hospital and no graphics.  Vaguely. :P
