Well I just hope the const fans are more or less satisfied (I'm
sure full satisfaction all round is impossible) with Walters new
const concept. There would be no call of deferring it then, and
also no need for further lengthy discussions about the details...

I'd like to see the const topic migrate from D to D.learn =)
