Deimos: Consistent structure?

Not always gonna work.
ncurses already has a file 'ncurses' which is just a symlink to curses.
It would be weird to have 'import deimos.ncurses' which imports
everything, and 'import deimos.ncurses.ncurses' which imports a single
file.

It's not how things are currently done(I don't think) and it would be
weird...  It would seem to require a revamping of how imports are
currently done(which has actually been suggested) or including extra
files which aren't there in the C versions.
