1) DMD is capable of parsing both D Inline and GCC Extended assembler
without throwing errors in the lexer/parser.
2) GDC defines GNU_InlineAsm, and does *not* define D_InlineAsm,
D_InlineAsm_X86, or D_InlineAsm_X86_64.

Not a huge deal if you follow standard coding practices, putting
inline asm in D_InlineAsm blocks, etc.
