Arbitrary abbreviations in phobos considered ridiculous

What prompted me to start this thread is that I knew
it was core.time.duration!"hours" already.... except
it was actually "dur".

I had looked it up previously, but filed it in my
brain under "duration" rather than the nonsense "dur".
