  Is it possible to have admins remove topics? Or better yet, 
anyone can flag it and then the admin can confirm it and it goes 
away? Or the admins can Mark him as a spam bot?

  I remember someone (a bot?) doing this something like 6 months 
ago (and looks like the same topics too).
