dlang.org appears to be blocked in China

You can also solve this problem more perminately on your own machine by  
simply adding pbs.twimg.com, twitter.com, platform.twitter.com, and  
cdn.syndication.twimg.com to your hosts file, and having them resolve to  
localhost.
