Move VisualD to github/d-programming-language ?

LiteIDE is a good thing for Go. Eclipse CDT and Code::Blocks are good
for C++. Clearly though Emacs is the one true editor. As is VIM.

Having excellent support for editors and IDEs for D programming is the
mark of a strong and confident community. Support diversity, show
confidence. Standard marketing :-)

Sadly, Visual Studio is a huge player in the game. Make the
connection :-)
