Thanks for the feedback. Hanging out on IRC should not be necessary.

Yes. I think that's a disaster. We need to figure out the right approach 
to solving that.

Thanks! We're doing best we can but I am convinced we can do a lot 
better, and am looking at some out-of-the-box things to try.
