Yeah, just because we put something in Phobos, doesn't mean it will get
maintained. It may get some perfunctory updates just to keep the
autotester happy, but that's hardly proper *maintenance*.  The real
problem is that said projects need dedicated maintainers, otherwise no
matter where you put it, it will bitrot and eventually die.
