Suggest; LDC windows package offer to install VisualD like DMD does

I just want to suggest to the LDC guys that it might be a nice idea to have
the installer offer to install VisualD if it detects VisualStudio installed
on the system like DMD does.
This is a really simple improvement to one of those first-five-minutes
nuisances.
