Cannot confirm that a DigitalMars order has been received

A lot of virus/spam/malware detectors also routinely flag any executable that is 
not built using Microsoft C++. If I send the detector vendor a ticket about it, 
they'll fix it, and then 6 months later it's back to saying it's malware.
