Hipreme Engine v1.0.0 Announcement + iOS port

Now I feel like an idiot, I'd cloned the git repo but didn't realize I
had to clone the submodules too. After running:

	git submodule init
	git submodule update

the above error went away.

Now it's complaining about curl, but that's a known issue. Installing
now and let's hope it works this time...
