To be fair, I've held a job for several years now with, thank 
goodness, minimal exposure to consultants and any sort of social 
"system" training course. That sort of thing tends to vary widely 
depending, for instance, on the size of the company.

But also, lots of people who get into niche languages are uni 
students, and thank goodness we aren't far enough gone to have 
scrum training at uni yet.
