[phobos] auto tester feedback requested

Of course it's possible.. it's just software.  And in fact, that's been on the todo list for a while.  I intend to have
it mail for each run that fails rather than any sort of batching.  You could argue that that might be too much mail, but
I'd counter with then fix the build faster.
