I don’t use much tooling for D, but in the past there certainly 
were a lot of people complaining about the lack of tooling 
support.

Once this is a in a more mature place, do you think it would be 
possible to integrate into serve-d? Or otherwise combine the two 
efforts together? I’m guessing there are things it could do 
better than this.

One other place where this might be useful is in reducing token 
use with coding agents. Might be interesting to investigate that 
aspect.
