Yes, the browser should be ported for dwt-win and dwt-linux as well.

On windows, the browser depends on the COM/OLE port being complete, 
which I think Frank was working on recently.  I think the linux port 
depends on mozilla bindings.  Either way, it does look fairly 
involved... but it is part of dwt, and thus will be part of the port.
