Right now, what's the most important for the success and adoption of D?

For what little it's worth, a few more weeks and assuming they don't
make me change it or reject it outright, you can cite my honours thesis.
 :)  Incidentally, D gets a glowing recommendation; I'm actually having
trouble coming up with drawbacks of using D, since it won't look
reasonable and balanced otherwise.  :3
