The poster, and his behavior, that sparked this thread doesn't 
necessitate new policy. He continually returns to this NG under 
new handles and, for the most part, produces a deluge of 
hackneyed posts about a topic on which he's already received an 
answer, becoming frenzied in the process. Responses suggesting 
his critics are ignorant of his ideology is just additional poor 
taste. Simply telling him that he needs to relax or have his 
posts deleted is all that's needed, and if he feels aggrieved, 
then such is life.
As an aside, the magnanimity of Mike and most of this NG's users 
is nothing but impressive.
